Bug#227263: rhythmbox: fails to display help

The "help/contents" menu item fails to display any help and
the terminal from which rhythmbox was started shows the
following error message:

(rhythmbox:4181): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: There was an error launching the default action command associated with this location.

Quirks of my setup: I don't use the full GNOME desktop, so
it is possible I don't have the necessary help browser
installed.  But I do have gnome-help 1.4.2-1 installed.  I
also use localepurge to keep /usr/share/locales trimmed, but
I don't think that's the problem here.

The error message would be more helpful if it told me
exactly what is the action command that failed to launch,
since I have no clue what the default is.
