Bug#227263: rhythmbox: fails to display help

After installing the yelp package I was able to browse the
help files.  We can either

A) treat as a packaging bug and have rhythmbox depend on or
recommend yelp

B) treat as a coding bug and have rhythmbox pop a dialog
explaining that gnome-help failed to execute.  (Something
similar happens when you try to rip a CD without Sound
Juicer installed.)
