On mine, there isn't. Just double-checked it.

Tried what the README.Debian says:

  export SVN_SSH="ssh -l johannes-guest"
  svn co svn+ssh://pkg-gnome.alioth.debian.org/svn/pkg-gnome/

This failed and I assumed that it was due to a missing authorized_keys2
files on the server.
