Using alioth for keeping a trace of stuffs to do

Hi,

I thinks we need to keep a trace of stuffs to do on the Gnome packages
with some details (who is working on what).

I've started to add some task on the "feature requests" on the alioth
trackers :

What do you think about this ? I'm not sure it's the best place, but
should be ok for the moment.
