What's more: I can't see *any* problem running rhythmbox along with
Gnome sound events. I've tried that a number of times now:
a) disable sound events
b) launch rhythmbox
c) re-enable sound events.
d) Let rhythmbox play music.
Works fine for me.
Please excuse my ignorance, but I fail to understand why rhythmbox
thinks it cannot do what it obviously can...
