Package: balsa
Version: 2.0.12-1
Severity: normal

Just sent a mail with balsa. I had chosen German in the language menu,
but used some characters not in ISO-8859-15. Balsa refused to sent the
mail and told me to set a language. This is bullshit as a) I had set a
language, b) letting me guess which of dozens of menu entries would be
correct is tiresome and c) Balsa doesn't want a language at all but
needs an encoding.

Assuming every German text is ISO-8859-15 is too simple. Balsa should
simply guess the charset, that should be easy enough.
