Bug#229030: rhythmbox: missing volume and equalization control

Hi,
 there could be a better volume control, a full mixer display and if
possibile a direct bar instead of clicking on speaker icon to regulate
volume.
It's a "oh no, one more click" issue :).

An equalization control could be usefull too.
