Bug#224156: metacity: More precise analysis

I found some new information. When in w1, if I press Alt+TAB, I see a list of
windows with icons, one of which actually belongs to w2. However, as long as
I do not select to switch to that window (by pressing TAB the right number
of times), it does not migrate, it stays in w2. If this happened to you,
you might have missed the bug.
