Mergeant package unmantained

Hi,

First, I apologize to not maintaining the package well. and
thank you for Ccing this mail to me. I haven't had a time to
read a lot of mails now.

I thought it was already in. but you are right. since I've
added it to the GNOME Team package list, I agreed to
maintain it as the team-- I forgot where it's on. Sebastien?
