Bug#255980: more information on "gnome-panel: top panel not visible on login"

The same problem appears on my user account.

- if i remove the ~/.gnome2/ directory, the top panel appears again.
But at the next session login, it disappears everytime.

- if i go to my bottom panel, and go to Properties, and check off the 
"Extended" propertie, then the top-panel come back, but in the same 
place at the bottom one.
But at the next login session, it's still invisible....

That's all, i think.
