Package: gdm
Version: 2.4.4.7-1
Severity: normal

 I have entries like:

    marcelo:x:1000:1000:Marcelo E. Magallón,,,:/home/marcelo:/bin/bash
    daniela:x:1001:1001:Daniela Magallón,,,:/home/daniela:/bin/bash

when enabling the face browser I get blank usernames and gecos
information. Those names are ISO-8859-1 encoded.
