Bug#258054: metacity: Cycle window does not work anymore.

It seem metacity doesn't record the release event for the Alt key, this render
the Alt-Tab ineffective (the icon list appear, tab cycle between each with the black frame identifying the window but realising the Alt key doesn't do anything. The only way to get rid of the icon list is to press any key != tab but there is no way to change the focused window.)
And the change desktop shortcut (Ctrl-Alt + key up/down/left/right) works but 
when releasing Ctrl and Alt the workspace dialog doesn't disappear.
