Bug#239032: can't confirm

I have discussed this with the upstream maintainer a number of times. As
of 2.6, man/info support was totally removed. There was a very large
rewrite of the transformation system in 2.6, resulting in a massive
speed increase. However, the new man/info transformations for this
system were not done in time, so Yelp was released without them. The
maintainer wants to get them back in as soon as possible, but is unsure
of meeting 2.8.

The main purpose of Yelp is to provide help/tutorial documents (in
docbook) to other applications (Help menu). Man/info support was always
an extra.

I want them back too, and hopefully they will be soon.
