Package: hicolor-icon-theme
Version: 0.5-3
Severity: minor
Whenever I run a KDE program I get the following warning to stderr
numerous times (for different directories)
kdecore (KIconLoader): WARNING: Icon directory /usr/share/icons/hicolor/ group 48x48/stock/document not valid.
The directory /usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/stock/text is empty.
The icons under /usr/share/icons/hicolor seems to be provided by
gnome-icon-theme , yet hicolor-icon-theme does not depend on any other
package, or even suggests one.
My guess is that some icons are provided because they are used in gnome,
but others are missing. If a certain directory is empty, it should not
be listed in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/index.theme
I'm not sure that this is the right package. Maybe the blame is on
gnome-icon-theme
ii gnome-icon-theme 1.2.3-1 GNOME Desktop icon theme
ii hicolor-icon-theme 0.5-3 Default fallback theme for Freedesktop
BTW: I use nither KDE nor gnome as my desktop, FWIW.
