Bug#253519: gnome-terminal: Problem with 'Open Link' and sensible-browser

I think one problem here is that gnome-terminal provides no visible means to
fix the "URLs don't open / URLs open in strange browser" problem.  There
should be a menu option, possibly in the profile dialogs, which launches
the gnome "preferred applications" control panel to allow the browser to
be set.

My second problem is that gnome-terminal *still* misbehaves when opening
links.  Originally I got the 'error launching the default action command'
message (which ought also to have a button to launch the control panel).
I opened the preferred applications control panel and found that my
browser selection had been reset at some point (probably during GNOME
upgrade?).  In any case, I re-selected Debian Sensible Browser.  And
BROWSER is set in my environment to /usr/bin/mozilla-firefox.  Typing
'sensible-browser' on the command-line launches firefox as it should.

But gnome-terminal launches *Konqueror*!
