Bug#257115: gnome-icon-theme: A "Conflicts:" should be provided

If I have to update kdebase in order not to experience this problem,
then a "Conflicts:" field should be provided.  If not, this is a bug.
The user should not have to deduce from some dpkg errors what's needed
for updates.
