Sorry, but I think there are also severities for experimental packages,
i.e. bugs that deserve more attention than others. And the fact is that
this one breaks upgrade path, thus important.
If you're annoyed by the experimental bugs when dealing with your bugs
for sid/testing, you can filter them out of what is displayed by the BTS
with the option exclude=experimental.
There is no priority implication over packages for sarge.
