Bug#261443: rhythmbox: sorting with respect to artists named "The ..."

it'd be nice to have a sort option that respected artist names that begin
with "The ...", e.g. "The Flaming Lips". This addresses two issues: first,
I tend to think of these artists as starting with "F" (or whatever), rather
than "T" -- and this is how all music stores sort these artists, as far as
I know; second, it avoids the problem of having lots of artists effectively
*not* being sorted (since they all fall under "The").
