I know that in proper SI units, m/s is used to specify velocity. But no
one uses that anywhere (check your speedometer). Well, at least in
most of the world. Please use km/h in that field. This is the biggest
problem with the metric display. The other points below are just guidelines.
Pressure should not be in hPa, but in kPa (divide by 10), although
weather.com uses milibars (mB or hPa).
Visibility, well, I guess that it is OK to have it in meters. I would
prefer km there (less digits), but it doesn't really matter.

PS. Nevertheless, km/h is a much common unit for windspeed and should be
the default.
And if you could, could you also add kPa as a pressure unit? It is just
hPa / 10.
