When you drag-and-drop a date from the calendar that expands from the clock-applet, when you click on it,
the month is of by one. Like this: February becomes 01, March becomes 02, December becomes 11.
If you try to drag any date from January nothing happens, because there is no month 00. Neither does it
work to drag e.g. December 31th, since there is no 2004-11-31.
How to reproduce:
Start gedit
Click on the clock-applet
Drag todays date to gedit, and drop

The submitter email bounces and as said in the previous comment it
should be fixed with gtk+2.4.4. I'm closing this bug now. Feel free to
reopen (with a valid email if possible) if it happens again.
Cheers,
