Hi Marcello,

I've decided against doing anything more on this bug.  Just because part
of a program is plain text, it doesn't mean it's a conffile.  For
instance, most Python packages probably have settings in their code a
user _could_ want to tweak.

As far as I'm concerned, modification of
the /usr/share/epiphany-browser/default-prefs.js file is actually
creating a derived work of Epiphany rather than configuring it. =20
