Version: 0.5.0+0.4.99.20030304-1
Severity: normal
Epiphany does not make use of the system mime info to launch
applications.
* Following a link to a PDF file works, because epiphany first saves the
file and then launches an application based on the extension.
* Following a link to an object of mime type "application/x-zope-edit"
does not work, because epiphany must launch zopeedit(1) based on the
mime info and not the extension. For example, with zopeedit(1)
installed, compare the result of opening
http://zwiki.org/externalEdit_/AndrewBurrow
in lynx (flawless), galeon (broken with weird duplicate file opening),
and epiphany (nothing happens),
