Hello, 

as from the title, the Rhythmbox's Debian menu entry lacks the icon,
which is present in the GNOME2 entry. The following line should be added
to /usr/lib/menu/rhythmbox:
	icon="/usr/share/pixmaps/rhythmbox.png"

Please fix this little problem.
