Package: libgtk2.0-0
Version: 2.2.1-4
Severity: normal
This is probably really a bug deeper down the library chain, but gtk is
as far down as I care to spelunk. The problem is that in various
programs using gtk 2.0, including xchat and gnome-terminal, the fixed
font is very messed up.
8 point fixed: ok
9 point fixed: a little bigger, ok
10 point fixed: huge and badly rendered with jaggies and spikey bits
11 point fixed: smaller than 10 point fixed (!) and ok
12 point fixed: taller, but not as wide as 11 point, not well rendered
10 point is the real killer for me, it's exactly the size I want for
fixed, and it's unusable. I can provide screenshots of course.

Hi,
The submitter can't reproduce the bug, so i assume it is fixed with the
new Gtk+2.4 and close this bug.
