Package: gtk2-engines-industrial
Version: 0.2.36-2
Severity: minor

The default of using the gtk2-engines-industrial xcursors in X causes
problems in graphic cards with bad hardware mouse pointer support.

I have a S3 Inc. VT8636A TwisterK and I see two cursors the X
default one and the gtk2-engines-industrial one, but only the
gtk2-engines-industrial one moves.

It's a bad idea to integrate a mouse theme with a metacity/gtk theme
because of this problem.

I propose some solutions:
- Break the package in a mouse theme package and a window/gtk theme
  package.
- Don't use the gtk2-engines-industrial xcursors by default.
- Fix the xserver-xfree86 savage driver to correctly work with alpha
  cursors.
- Buy me a new laptop with a graphic card with a working X driver. ;-)
