These ones shouldn't be missing, I'll check them.

Missing symlinks in /usr/share/pixmaps, I'll see if this can be fixed in
capplets-data.

Hmmm, it also happens to me. Do you have an idea of what icon(s) could
be missing?

Yes, this change was intentional. The reason is that if you have e.g. a
default icon for gnome-mime-audio-something, it will be used for
audio/something even if the theme defines a default for
gnome-mime-audio. Thus, inheritance leads to an inconsistent desktop. On
the other side, you have to provide all necessary icons in the devices/
and filesystems/ directories.
