Bug#254217: /usr/games/blackjack: blackjack could not load the card deck images

When trying to run the blackjack program, the following error
message is printed:
** (blackjack:16570): CRITICAL **: file gdk-card-image.c: line 688 (gdk_card_deck_new): assertion `w->index[i] != -1' failed

Then a dialog with the text "Could not load the card deck images.
Blackjack will now exit." is displayed and the blackjack game does not load.
