The index listing keeps the line selected even after
the index listing changes.
This prevents the selected help page from beeing
displayed when user clicks the line, since the
selection status of line do not change.

To reproduce:

1. start yhelp
2. click index toolbar icon
3. type ls into the find edit control
4. click the line 'ls (1)' - ls manual page appears
5. select the text in find edit control using mouse or keyboard
5. type ps - index changes, the first line now stating 'ps (1)'
   remains selected.
6. click ps (1) - NO EFFECT

Seeing as the list view for man/info pages is totally gone, this bug is
"fixed". All of that is getting a make over / redo for 2.8.
