Bug#254463: yelp: Fails to honor some theme colors

In some themes (Industrial, Gorilla, some 3rd party themes), the menu 
bar, toolbar, and verital separator in Yelp seem to follow the 
background color instead of whatever color has been set for those 
widgets.  In all themes, the background color on the right-side pane 
is incorrect.
