This appears to be an artifact of the migration of GNOME 2.6
to testing.  Epiphany 1.2.5 should join testing as well as soon as its
dependencies have gone in (and as soon as we get a build on alpha for
it, too.)

I'm downgrading this bug from grave, as otherwise Epiphany will never
enter testing and it'll be broken there for ever.

Meanwhile, I suggest you look at snapshot.debian.net to find the old
packages, and put them on hold.
