Bug#251264: gnome-panel: re-build of sawfish really helps

As I was really annoyed by the very same bug, I've read whole bug history, tried to completely remove sawfish (with apt-get --purge remove) and install it again, but it didn't help. And thus I resorted to re-build sawfish. It helped me - trouble with wrong panel position disappeared completely.

I describe step by step what I have done:

- removed sawfish and sawfish-gnome packages with 'apt-get --purge remove' to avoid side-effects of configuration files left after simple remove
- changed to root, executed 'cd /root' and fetched sources of sawfish with 'apt-get source' , it fetched 'sawfish-1.3+cvs20031104' source (it was same binary package installed before this attempt)
- went into directory sawfish-1.3+cvs20031104 and tried rebuild according http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/ch-build.en.html
- bumped into missing packages, so fetched necessary packages (few '...-dev' lib packages), repeated build again with same command 'dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot'
- installed fresh binary package with 'dpkg -i ../sawfish_1.3+cvs20031104-5_i386.deb' from local fs
- executed 'sawfish-client -f restart' according to text in debian/debian-sawfish-policy (current maintainer thinks that running that binary is task for my hands :((( )

and now everything is ok

unfortunately, I didn't run a log while made a build, but if it is really neccessary, I could try to repeat same again, including install sawfish's binary package to prove that problem is there, but I need more free time for that, so not now.
