Bug#235800: Nuvola doesn't use the gtk-1.0 theme

Yeah ,  for example Nuvola doesn't use the GTK-1.0
equivalent .

In the directory /usr/share/themes/Nuvola there is a
gtk-1.0 directory , but that should be renamed as
"gtk" , not "gtk-1.0" , renaming that as "gtk" make
the theme works also for GTK1
