And have you by chance any precision on what you are doing, how do you
want to switch apps, which window manager you are using ?
How this bug is related to control-center ?=20

BTW you can try this :

$ wget
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xfree86/xlibs_4.3.0.dfsg.1-4_a=
ll.deb
$ dpkg -i xlibs_4.3.0.dfsg.1-4_all.deb

and restart xfree
