Bug#255668: libgtksourceview-common: Please include ruby.lang from upstream CVS

Please include the upstream ruby.lang file. I installed it manually
and it works fine. Also there is little chance of introducing new
errors.

I am mainly filing this bug, because otherwise Ruby support will
not make it into sarge.
