These are the same bug.

I'll re-iterate my PoV:

The icon theme spec states:

"the context the icon is normally used in. This can be used to e.g.
let the user pick an specific type of icon. Currently used contexts
are: Actions, Applications, Devices, FileSystems, MimeTypes."

It only lists the currently used contexts, but doesn't state that these
are the only allowed contexts.

So, either kdelibs should remove the debug message in kicontheme.cpp, or
the default log level should be reduced.  As the spec doesn't forbid any
extra contexts, I think the debug statement should just be removed.
