Bug#255983: Please add an (debconf?) option to add gnome-cups-icon to default GNOME session

gnome-cups-icon is very useful, but hard to find for end-user. It'd be
very good if there was an option in debconf to add gnome-cups-icon to
default Debian GNOME session. Thanks!
