Bug#256026: libgksuui1.0-dev - gksu_ask_password can not be used in C++ code

Hi,

gksuui-convenience.h has no G_*_DECLS inside and because of this it breaks
linking C++ programs which want to use gksu_ask_password, because the
preprocessor does not properly mangle the declaration and thus the linker
expects a different symbol than what libgksui1.0 provides.
