Package: gnome
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
I receive the following error when I try 'apt-get install gnome':
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnome: Depends: gnome-desktop-environment (= 54) but it is not going
to be installed
Depends: gnome-office (= 54) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages
I then tried to install gnome-office on its own, and by following
through the failed dependencies got to the following error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
eog: Depends: libexif9 but it is not installable
gimp: Depends: libexif9 but it is not installable
nautilus: Depends: libexif9 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
The only package I get from 'apt-cache search libexif' is libexif10.
Sorry if I didn't provide the correct details, this is my first Debian
bug report.
