Well,
it's not libgnome2-common bug (it's gconftool-2 segfaulting).
But could you try to downgrade to libglib2.0-0 2.4.1-2 ? Or just try to
apt-get --reinstall install libglib2.0-0? I had user with same case and
this helped him (he did downgrade and then upgrade again and everything
is ok right now.)
