Bug#256596: metacity: <Alt>Tab does not switch windows, other keybindings does

When using <Alt>Tab as keybinding for switch_windows feature the
behaviour is the following:
1) next window in the window list is drawed a surrounding black frame
2) the panel with the windows icons appears in the middle of the screen
   with the icon of that window selected

But the focus isn't changed neither the panel removed when releasing
keys, it remains on screen until some other key is pressed (and the
focus is still on the original window)

If keybinding is changed to <Control>Tab (for example) it works as
expected, i.e.: after doing 1) and 2) the focus is changed to the next 
window and the panel removed from screen.

focus_mode is set to "click", if you need any other info just ask :)
