Hi,

Attached is a Dutch translation for gnome-cups-manager.
Needs nl to be added in configure.in, and autoconf rerun.

Someone should also check g-c-m sources for marked strings: there are a
few (not much) which are identical, except for accelerator marks. I
believe I encountered "_Pause" and "P_ause", for example.

Also, some strings from the glade file look as if they should not be
marked translatable. E.g. there was a string "*" which is just the
password character for authentication. And there was another string which
contained nothing but 4 spaces.
