Bug#238998: gtranslator: truncates wrapped PO headers

When opening a PO file that contains the following header:

"Language-Team: Debian Hungarian Localization Team <debian-l10n-"
"hungarian@lists.debian.org>\n"

and doing some minor editing (say, delete and retype a character), then
saving the changes, the header becomes this:

"Language-Team: Debian Hungarian Localization Team <debian-l10n>\n"

I have a sneaking suspicion this truncation is not supposed to happen.
