      would install into /usr/bin/devhelp, and which calls
      /usr/bin/devhelp-bin

    - build-depends on gtk >= 2.3.1, libglade2-dev >= 1.3.6 and
      mozilla-dev >= 1.6
   + debian/devhelp.postinst:
    - install the devhelp's schema file correctly
