Bug#240142: gnome-terminal: Ctrl-+ or - should work on keypad too

The subject say it all :) If zoom in/out worked on the keypad, it'd be
infinitely more convienent, especially because you have to press
ctrl-shift-= right now to zoom in, then let go of shift and press ctrl-- to
zoom out...
