Bug#240258: libgnomevfs2-common: conffile moved

(I know I'm in the team, that's for the record.)

/etc/gconf/schemas/desktop_gnome_url_handlers.schemas was moved from the 
libgnome2-common package, and because of that dpkg asks for overwriting 
of this file.

I think it should be checked for existence in the postinst when the 
package is first installed. If so, it should be moved to .dpkg-old 
without asking, but with a warning to the user.
