Bug#207439: Bug #207439: If 'yelp' is killed, 'yelp-db2html' stays running

It's well aware upstream that Yelp 2.4 is VERY VERY slow, to the point
of being unusable sometimes. Yelp 2.6 has new style sheets designed to
correct this.

The problem is a pretty minor bug, not something that effects usability
(more than it is already effected at least.)

Since 2.6 will be released soon, and there are recognized problems with
the 2.4 style sheets, I'm going to forget about this for now, unless
somebody can propose a fix for it.
