Bug#249552: terminal title is not properly reset when exiting vim (and probably other applications)

Every time I enter and exit vi (and vi tries to restore the terminal
title) I get an extra "Terminal". After a few times the display looks
like:

"Terminal - Terminal - Terminal - Terminal"

I'm using vim, but I suspect the error is in the gnome terminal. I'm
guessing that it returns the full displayed title (<app> - Terminal)
when *asked* for the terminal title, but always appends the string " -
Terminal" when the title is *set*.
