You didn't mention how this issue was fixed in experimental but the
"correct" way to fix this issue is to make sure you are using up to date
libtool so that the recursive linking is not done. That way you don't
need to have your -dev package depend on anything other than what your
includes need directly, typically just the library you are packaging. If
