Bug#250714: *All* themes in gnome-themes-extras are broken after upgrade to Gnome 2.6

None of the themes work after upgrading to Gnome 2.6. Icons are missing, scroll bars
will not draw, etc, etc. Just look on the Themes setup dialog, and none of the
extras themes will draw the open button.
