Hi,

As you've noticed acme is now a part of the control center. Just configure it with gnome-keybinding-properties.
 Now, you may fail to set your multimedia keys. If so, please check with gnome-keyboard-properties that you've got the right layout.
[Another way to check it, may be to use xev and press your volume-up and volume-down keys. You should see  XF86AudioLowerVolume or XF86AudioLowerVolume].
